The two that I see sold for $650 were the same sale with different listing number for some reason. Both descriptions list the statue as #89/150.

Not sure if those are even real sales.. That person would be losing money if it was sold for $650.

I realize people are liking the new Sideshow Psylocke but come on, let's be honest here, there's lots of room for improvement. It's a 7.5/10 portrait at best. This reaction is likely more in response to how awful the other portrait is.

only thing i dont LOVE is the base, everything else from the pose to the sculpt to the paint and execution is a grand slam imo

Incredibly happy with her and an awesome addition to my x-men line!
Side note, how do you post pics like the one at the top of this page vs. the tiny attachments like this?? Thanks for any advice.

I'm not sure who this post is even referring to.
It's been pretty well covered that most people prefer this portrait to the original because the original was so poorly received.
I'm not going to attempt to assign a numerical grading to the head sculpt but I think it looks great. Not so amazing that people are drooling over it but good enough that people aren't really spending time criticizing it.

First off, why does it matter to you why people like it? Are we now required to run our opinions by you to ensure we have your approval?
Second, many of the people in this very thread loved this portrait from the first day it was revealed, well in advance of them nixing it in favor of the portrait they ended up putting on the standard release.
