Reached out to Sideshow because its been 2 weeks their reply:
Thank you for reaching out to us. We were originally told to expect the item to arrive on the 14th. It did get delayed in transit and is waiting at the ports for release. Unfortunately, we received that update a bit late. So as not to cause further delays, we have kept the payments in effect so that when it arrives to us, Yoda will be out the door ASAP. We are told to expect him in the very near future and you should see an email update once hes on the way.

I was on the fence about this piece, but I think I'm going to have to back away. Not a fan of the sideburns look to the hair. Also, the hair application looks like hair plugs. I really wish they would have just sculpted/painted the hair instead.
