CBG's insight is simple. TBD ES means he'll pick it it up down the line at less than retail. No need to rush. Grocery store workers don't make a lot of money and he's struggling to pay bills and is behind on his rent so there's no need to PO this right away. Oh, he'll also do his best to pick up some OT so he can buy this later but his boss is cutting down on OT so he's going to hope he doesn't end up homeless because he's still gotta have his statue fix. Rinse cycle and repeat on every new PO. I think that about covers his thoughts.
