They would need a license for his symbol and mere likeness alone.

The shoulders on all the batmen are covered actually (except armored batfleck).

When I first saw that P1 I wasn't crazy about it. I'm starting to like it more and more. I'm just not crazy about the flying pose. It's a bit too dynamic for my collection.

You're right, tho ...you made Batman a little too big. HaHa.
I'm hoping Bats is more in scale when next to WW and Supes. Hopefully SSC can share a pic like that when they show more pics of Bats.

This definitely looks more like a heavily armored bats, which is why it wouldn't bother me if he were a bit heavier than WW and sups, what i'm not to crazy about is the superfluous detail on his knee's and boots. Otherwise i love the pose, base, portrait, cape and upper half.....Granted I'll be buying regardless.

I'll redo it when Sideshow shows a size example next week with the official pics.

So when did the over-muscled '90s come back in fashion? Did Liefeld design this?
I want to like this statue because I like the suit design, but the body, much like Cap's, is really disappointing.
The P1 looks great, but I don't want to take out a small loan to own it. Seriously, do we have a price point on the Prime version or is it TBD?
