He never lost in 6 Finals appearences either. I'll take that over any of Brons stats and 3-5 Finals record.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Give up LeBron fans. Going after Kobe you have a much better, comparable arguement.

Watching that Boston/LA 30 for 30 made me miss the old school style of the NBA.

Y'all are silly. Lebron is reaching the end of his peak.
He is not even close to Kobe status.
Therefore Lebron and Jordan are not even comparable.
He's lost more championships than he has won.
Lebron is also far from the leader he needs to be. He is more of a crybaby.

How many rings did the triple doubles give him?
If he knew how to play with a team (look at his past), maybe he wouldn't lose to a GS or SA.
obviously he struggles with trust in his teammates. Which is why he loses when facing actual teams.

You guys are hilarious! Most of you probably never saw Jordan play live as an adult and the rest of you never played organized sports. This is argument is taking place on STATUEFORUM! LOL! The fact of the matter is that basketball is not tennis. There are a variety of uncontrollable factors when there are 10 guys on the court. I'm a year older than Jordan and I saw Jordan play in person several times, he could take over a game and do things better than anyone before him. But, his first 6 years in the league he couldn't get to the finals. It wasn't because of his ability or skill, it was the players around him and maybe the coaching. There is no argument for me that LeBron's skillset is wider than Jordan's. He is much bigger and can score and defend any position. He averages more career assists than Jordan. He has more 3's made than Jordan. Otherwise they are pretty much even stat-wise. More rings does not mean better or greater. If that were the standard, then Bill Russell is the GOAT.

Your wrong. He is doesn't have a better skill set. Jordan was a better competitor. Jordan brought out the best in his team.
When Jordan had the tools he gave us 2 3peats.
When Lebron has the tools he chokes. He's not good under pressure.
I remember Jordan quite well. Don't forget that since Jordan the game has changed. Flashier moves-invented from things the OGs like Mike made up in the first place. If Jordan was playing today he would even more impressive than his old days because the game is different these days. Basketball is also softer than it used to be.
Yeah man basketball on a statue forum.

I guess coming back from being down 3-1 last year doesn't matter . . . choking is choking, right?

In all seriousness, it becomes difficult to qualify anything once you reach a certain level of talent/skill...Lebron looks to have the greater physical talent...Jordan looks to have the greater competitive drive and is more willing to take over a game himself. You throw in different eras and players in the league and you're really just playing favorites. I agree with you, monomaster1...people put too much emphasis on rings as if they define the greatness of a single player. If that was the case than Flacco is better than Marino...different sport, but you get the point. It's about the team.
Starks>Jordan...tell me I'm wrong.
