I know that, but there is number on the box so i thought there is also on the base. I should have number 350 according to the box.

So far I purchased 3 statues from sideshow. All 3 had quality control problems.

Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

Borrow money from a pessimist, they don't expect it back.

I chose 1 because I like the statue overall and I have the other 2 pre-ordered as well. Wish they could have replaced the base as that would have been the easiest.

edit: 1/24/17 Rec'd my return instructions and label.
Finally got my replacement and it is perfect. It is the only piece I've gotten from them with a QC issue but they took care of it promptly.

I am scheduled to receive my replacement Venom exclusive head today. They said I need to DESTROY the old head. Taking a hammer to it just for a chipped tooth is going to be hard for me.

Anyone having trouble getting in touch with Sideshow? Since at least Monday, their website email and chat feature haven't worked. I tried sending an email to a support email address I had from another issue, but I dont know if they received it properly. I can't call during their business hours and it appears they have deactivated messages on their Facebook page.

Sorry you’ve been having issues. Please note that the chat feature is only available during business (perhaps you’ve been indeed trying to use it during business hours but I only bring this up as you mentioned that you can’t call during business hours). Unfortunately the office head quarters (where Customer Service resides) had a major power outage (no power for hours now) and is closed due to it. Barring it still being out tomorrow (which shouldn’t be the case), the CS dept will be up and running again and will answer phones, chat and emails in the order they are received. So sorry to you and all trying to get through today. Your patience during this unforeseen power outage is appreciated!
