I don't know for sure if there is metal reinforcement in the arms, tho ...so I can't say. Only SSC can verify that.
Edit: There is one way to find out if the arms have metal reinforcements. Put a magnet to the arms and see if it sticks. If it doesn't, then no metal reinforcements.

Good idea, rare earth magnets so there's definitely metal inside.
FYI, the large foot pegs will stop the statue from leaning all the way back and off it's base.

Good to know there is some type of metal frame in there. I'm surprised Sideshow don't mention such things on the item page, it would almost be a selling point and would definitely put people's minds at rest.
