Bought her as well a few days ago, but changing the face to the white one was extremely difficult to do on mine. The original face just seemed to be stuck to the paint of something and no way to get any good grip on it. Still, excellent statue, one of the best if not the best Harley Quinn yet (not counting the museum quality one I guess).

Had a similar problem with mine, you just gotta get a good grip of the under side of her chin and pull in an outwardly direction.
