Hey I know this is an old thread but I'm venturing up there this year from Portsmouth with my girlfriend. I just wanted to ask what I should expect really I mean the artist list looks great this year and I would love to get some sketchs from Kev Walker, Jock, Adi, Tim Sale, even Hughes if I get the chance. Is allot of it waiting in ques to eventually get a sketch or pay and come back later? Thanks Joe

If you get to Tim Sale early enough, he hands out fastpasses for $200 and it tells you a time and you come back at that time and watch him do your drawing. Not sure how early you'll need to get to him, I had no issues in Calgary but it sounds like he gets bombarded at some cons.

Hey thanks for the reply. I thought he was $150 oh well it well it will be worth seeing him he doesn't come over here much so I wouldn't be too surprised if he does get bombarded.

I haven't actually been since 2009 and wont be there this year either.

I don't know about AH or TS but 2008 i was 3 in queue for Adi Granov and i took an hour to get a sketch and in 2009 it was an hour and 15 mins for Barry Kitson and 2 and a half hours for Charlie Adlard.

Expect a lot of standing about and waiting unless something has changed since i was last there
