Well I'm looking at the Knightfall Batman and Sideshow has sold out of that unit. I'm on the waitlist but I don't know how often that converts. And yes, Prime 1 does show low stock.

I'm in the same boat - not confident my waitlist at Sideshow for the exclusive will convert. But the current P1 shipping cost

To be honest I'm not dying to have the exclusive, the exclusive head is the Rebirth head and I would probably just use the standard length ears on the classic head anyway. But I've never ordered from P1 directly so I'm on the fence either way!

I got a Museum Masterline 1/3 scale Catwoman recently. Paint is messed up on 2 of the heads. Have contacted Prime 1 Studios twice via the online form on their website and received no response other than the auto email saying that they got my inquiry. Unable to find a phone number. Anyone have some insight on what to do next other than dispute the charge through my credit card company?

Has anyone else had a problem with the Prime 1 payment plan option?
I got it to work once. Then i had an issue with another order.
Having selected the payment plan and proceeding through the checkout and paying the deposit, on checking my order, there is no sign of a payment plan?
I will see what Prime 1 has to say. I am sure it is a website fault.

How long have you waited for a response? Give them a week or so to respond. Do you have pictures of the heads to share with us in the mean time? I’m curious as to what they look like, in case it happens to anyone else.

I'm hoping SS decides to work with Prime 1 on more Marvel pieces. I hate SS and their strangle hold on all the licenses.
