The ECC booth also had the Hulk and Lycan maquettes and in my opinion both were completely outshone by the Medusa. In person this thing has so much presence. You can't take your eyes off it. It's almost like the real Medusa herself came to life off the pages of a book of Greek mythology and moved into your house. Lol. That's why ultimately I preordered it even though I have no space for the box, no idea where I'm going to put it, and will certainly be murdered by my wife when she comes home and sees this in about 2-3 months when this thing ships.

That's awesome man.. I think I know what you mean, because even the pics keep alluring me back.. it is just such a great design - A great first ECC/Steve Wang piece
I heard the iridescent paint app is really cool in person too, I can kind of see it has a sheen in the product pics, but apparently the iridescence really pops in person.. one of those things that will look cool in person (& w/ natural light) I guess

in the video in the Marcus thread, Steve says Medusa is the first character in the mythological characters line.

Wonder what the next one(s) will be.

When this was first announced whilst I thought it was impressive I had no interest in ordering. However after seeing the open mouth reveal and the latest round of videos of it I think it looks stunning and I've just kept going back to look at it.
I know it isn't connected to any specific film but I'm a big greek mythology fan plus with it being made by Ecc you know the quality is pretty much guaranteed.
Just put my order in

Silverine
I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.
