So... no prize increase for a piece which was released the first time 3 years ago?
Wasn´t there something about higher production costs and something else for actual pieces...

This has new armour, new cloak, new base.

He is in scale with the other COD pieces he's just a large character.

Price is fine with me, honestly i expected it to be more, so the same price is ok with me, especially when you see how much costs have gone up.

My orders in.

I've had mine on display since it came out and it's not leaning at all.
Mind you, I display it with the sword.

I get people not liking varainats, feeling this new one makes the older one less desirable, or feeling cheated by the newer one not offering the extra head and arm, but I think ss took good steps to ensure both versions are different enough so that those with the original you have something to still be proud and the newer owners you still get a chance to own.

Just comparing...

Original
- comes with extras: helmeted head and sword
- environment base
- scythe handle rounded at top
- scythe blade where it connects to the handle shaped different
- exposed left arm with outward grip
- brighter chest plate armor and accents (could be lighting) with rusted spots
- armor over the skirt is rounded

Newer Variant
- no extras, in fairness it keeps the original unique
- pedestal base
- scythe handle rounded towards bottom
- scythe blade where it connects to the handle shaped different
- armored left arm with inward grip (to accommodate the change of scythe handle)
- more rusted or darker chest plate armor
- armor over the skirt comes to a crease in the middle and is more pointed

looks awesome, would be an easy order if I didn't have the original and was into cotd. I would even go as far to say this is my favorite cotd piece to date

The original is still the one to own. I've seen it in person and it is something else.

I'm afraid mind is starting to lean. I'll take picture when I get home and post it.
