I got it from eBay. Mark Brooks had these at SDCC this year, but I didn't go to the show, so I got it from one of of my favorite eBay sellers. He has the green too, so I bought that one today after seeing the dark Phoenix in person!

Yes sir, just search "Mark Brooks print" and you'll find a bunch of them.

Mark really is putting out some incredible stuff of late.
Very true my friend. The white I will try for in a couple weeks, but after these two Phoenix prints and the 4 new Aspen prints I'm getting next week, I have to calm down a bit.

Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

I understand completely. With Elektra last week, the Campbell MJ print arriving soon, and what arrives around the 25th. The words "flat broke" come to mind

What arrives around the 25th? Are you talking about the newest MJ Campbell print? The one he did for SDCC with Gwen and Black Cat?

I got that print, and a long sought after piece, that has eluded me since I started collecting statues.

I don't want to derail YOUR thread with my cryptic nonsense. Sorry my friend.

You can find a lot of great artwork at cons for cheap. When I went to Wizard World Chicago in August, I ended up with like 10 new prints and probably only spent about $80 on all of them. They were a combination of lesser known artists, on up to prints by Greg Horn.

When I have purchased prints in the past at these shows, I've either brought a hard plastic tube with a backpack like strap (from Blick Art Supplies), or I've brought my portfolio. The tube is definitely easier to carry around (especially if you have the strapped version), but the portfolio is better on the prints because it doesn't require you to roll them up. Generally, I try to avoid rolling the prints unless I have to.

These prints I have posted pics of are from Aspen Comics. They have an online store, www.aspenstore.com where you can purchase them, or they also have weekly auctions on eBay.

Feel free to get ahold of me if you have anymore questions.
Thanks so much for the info- I believe I'm going to go pick up a portfolio this week and go that route. I would rather not roll them either. Again- you have a great collection.

Not 100% sure, but I think he charges like $400 for a commission. You could try to get ahold of him on his DeviantArt page.
