Yep, just place holders. It's been said that the head will be sculpted, this is just for reference.

Unknown for now. There was a thread on the FB group taking suggestions. The ones that were the most popular were both alternate costumes from SF4

You can't go wrong with either of these. I love the sfiv first alt outfit. With the 1:3 I'm going strait classic!
