The only concern with this one in case someone asks to have it all assembled and painted is Ryu's headband. I don't know how it's going to arrive intact.

correct. He can easily grind off all of the bottom part of the base, but if i can save him a step by doing it myself, why not.

As for the base I also like it as it is. But that's only a matter of personal taste and not a big deal overall.
