So Ms. Gadot was not playing nice with team SS in the statue collecting sandbox i guess. LOL.
But yea, that was the nail in the coffin for me. When she arrived, I almost sold her the very next day.
But yes, I also bought the Hell on Wheels Harley and she is my favorite Harley 1/4 scale to date. Kinda hard to beat that portrait on the CE. By far stunning!!!!! So glad I have her in my collection.

I assumed it was just incompetence on sideshow's part but cheaping out on licences also makes sense!
I think this statue looks good personally, I know people hate the base but it goes with the movie which was very fun. A way to incorporate starro would have been great

Or just make the base a street scene. Paved street with a sidewalk and one of the rats looking up at her.
But overall, minus the base, this sculpt is exceptional. One I'd like to put next to my 1/4 Pfeiffer Catwoman.

Or just cover it with a sheet material. I actually preordered it and planning to buy a satin sheet over the entire base with holes through the peg / leg area.

Yea, I PO'd this too. The body sculpt, pose and portrait was just too good to pass up. The outfit they gave her in this one was also a great selling point. Will do something about the base later.

If you don't think you'll ever sell it, you could probably spray paint the entire base a rock or dirt color and the overall statue would be ten times better.
Actually, now that I'm thinking about it...
