Is the packaging good ? Does it protect the statue from damage due to shipping ?

Yeah, the packaging was adequate to protect the statue. The styrofoam was a bit flaky, so it made a bit of a mess. They improved the styrofoam for the Hulk packaging. Less flaky. Less messy.

Hi all,
Just join this forum and just would like to highlight my recent purchase of the Iron Man 1/6 statue.
I noticed the Iron Man statue that I've recently purchased, do not meet / below expectations.
1) Iron Man face is not shinning (rather dim) -as shown in the attachment
2) Fingerprints can be seen on the back of its leg. -as shown in the attachment
3) Seems like something chipped off from his thigh / stomach portion -as shown in the attachment
I've sent a PM to Gonk asking for his advice on this.
In my country, the price of this statue is very expensive. (approx. USD200 - upon conversion)
I'm very disappointed to get this kind of product after waiting and saving money to buy this.
It doesn't look at all similar to the advertisement.
Furthermore, I'm uncertain that this item is an authentic or bootleg version.
- Firstly, the eyes, hands and chest have lights
- It came with the black box, sealed with the item
no. This item no matches the one underneath the
stand.
Supposedly, this is the authentic product.
Maybe all the seniors here could provide your comments and suggestions.
I've attached some pictures for reference.
TQ.

The paints look very dim for sure. Hopefully gonk can help you out and let Koto know that they need to improve their paint jobs.
