I actually have my box nearby, I should have a look, I don’t recall an empty slot like you sometimes get with a Reg.
In any event, if they didn’t have to manufacture these, nobody would be asking for one. So I wouldn’t be throwing around that they owe it to anyone. Now, maybe they will be cool about it and send them out anyway, but it shouldn’t be expected.

There was always a slot for it, on both my original X-Force box I sent back plus the OG blue non-EX version I bought. There was also always a spot for both portraits in all of the boxes I've opened so far.

Trust me, it has it. It also has compartment of the other head. There not going to make 2 different style styrofoam containers to go with them. It’s never happened to reg and exclusives regardless if it’s variant or not.

Bad news, guys. Here’s what they told me...
When replacements were manufactured for the Psylocke Variant statue, the psyblade arm was mistakenly produced as well. This additional part went out to a small number of collectors awaiting replacements.
We’ve since removed the psyblade arm from the remaining replacement stock of the piece. I apologize for any confusion and we regret the error.
