It's 990 SGD, if I recall correctly. That's straight from XM. Other "distributors" will add their own fees.

Lol. I'm not trying to be provocative, it's just my frustration coming through.
I had high hopes for the Sideshow piece considering how awesome the Spidey PF is. After the full reveal during NYCC, I was absolutely gutted.
I thought the Sideshow piece would be a nice consolation prize considering my chances of landing an Xm Venom seems to be fairly low.
The XM Venom is the best representation of the character I've seen in statue form. Here's to hoping I can find one.

Honestly, that is 100% how I felt/feel. About both Venom and Carnage. Next to Thanos, Venom is certainly up there as one of my fav characters so I too felt it came up short.

I think you guys may be jumping the gun on SS. It was pretty impressive up close. I really dig XMs too but dollar for dollar I think I still may go with SS's.

I'm sure it was cool, but there's just so much I dislike about it.
I'm not crazy about the smokey base, the weird extended toe and the squashy pose. I especially dislike the skin texture on Venom.
The XM piece to me looks like a Bagely/McFarlane inspired design. The piece has some symbiote glossy goo, but it seems to work.
The XM head sculpt(with tongue) is perfection for me as well.
