I don't think this is something I would pick up from this line. I like Batman and batgirl looks great but this doesn't scream must buy to me and with the size and price of these pieces, I need to be picky. I don't see much of bane in this statue, sure he has some tubes but that's not enough for me personally

Joker was shown earlier, but the reception wasn't great. I think his pants were a huge issue with collectors. let's see if XM address that.
But back to this bane, I don't think either of the head sculpts really capture Bane, we need one that's a more classic mask without those teeth!

Big guy with a mask and bright tubes in his back. So long as you get those points it is Bane. If the disaster that is Dark Knight Rises Bane can be considered Bane, then anything can be Bane.

BLASPHEMY!!
As for this statue, I think it is VERY cool so far. Contrary to some I think the design perfectly captures Bane in this style.
