Holy cow, someone else has issues with ARH? I have been waiting awhile now for my Arhian Exclusive. I have pretty much given up now and just considered the $400 a loss.

Did you call them? Don't sit around and wait for ARH and end up like this..

What has been the problem?
Did you see the recent video about calling them to sort out issues. Its worth doing so.

I never got it originally, so last year I finally called them and they sent me one. It was broken. Sent it back and they said they would fix it. 8 months later I finally called them and they said that they would get it sent out to me. That was 3 weeks ago.

ARH takes a LOT of heat, especially lately from 13 and a couple of others I could name but won't but man have you guys noticed the entire industry getting some serious disgruntled customers and situations right now (besides ARH)?

1. I see a thread started about delays and how people never preorder any more from companies because delivery is more than a year out in a lot of cases and companies are using pre-orders to finance their endeavors. (can't seem to find it now but it was fairly long with a lot of people weighing in)

2. I saw a thread where a producer was no longer going to interact with his customers at all and had hired someone else to do so because it got too intense.

3. I saw on FB where a sculptor was accusing a producer of ripping him off, and in very stark terms and threatening to post emails.

Seems it truly is a jungle out there for everyone.
