For what companies now charge this about right, it's the rise of statues in general that stinks so much. I quit GG first they don't make any Star Wars I want anymore, if they did I pay almost $170.00 for a 1/8 maquette when I use to pay $50.00. If they
made 12 inch statues anymore they would be $400.00, no way I would pay that when I use to pay $100.00. As long as I.A. LOC scale stays at $400.00 I am going to buy but if goes to $700.00 no way. That's why I need the pieces that I want now.
Jerry who use to own PCS was smart to sell, in 2017 he wrote that most of the rise in statues is because to many statues trying to get too few opening to get statues produced He wrote no enough companies to go around so this has pushed up how much they charge. then on top of that more companies open. Then throw in that so many products need to get produced is massive now. The way to get this controlled is for most of these companies to lower ES and then many more to close. Don't know if that would bring down what they charge or not.

This one is a spicy meatball.
About the same price as XM Prime.
I am a bit concerned about buying this one direct from IA. So I might wait to see if it comes up for sale at specfiction or BBTS.
I am upset that they made this large, however I think I will still get it.
After this though, I'll be done with the large statues.
They teased Shockwave and he looks great - one of my favourite characters. However they've said he'll be large so I'll have to skip. Same as Arcee, if she ends up large, I'll also skip.
Hopefully they bring them out at the smaller size too.

I'm guessing either BBTS or IA took a hit on the previous large statues sold through BBTS.
At least for anyone in the US, with BBTS $4 shipping.
BBTS destroyed me on international shipping which was way higher than it should have been and I can only imagine it was to recoup costs.
With this one, they learnt their lessen and put in the markups.
