I just ordered an art print from the UK not long ago and it ended up being stuck in customs for a solid month. My guess is this shipment may be the same (if not longer).

I used to work for a retailer that was a French based company (though had a strong US presence) and we would get some product that was produced overseas and they could get stuck in customs for a month or sometimes two. I would think that this would be random since I do not remember Chad ever mentioning that his shipments were ever subject to inspection.
At least you know that the shipment is here in the US. It does suck that the products are delayed though.

I wonder if that crate that is being inspected also includes the stock for BBTS and Entertainment Earth. EE is showing that their Pre-Orders for Starfire are sold out, which I do think is a good thing.
