They don't sell directly to customers outside China.. it's probably Glorious Toys Enterprise or another independent reseller from China.

Mine arrived as well. It's a beauty! Shipping took 1 week and as my country has a free trade agreement with China I didn't have to pay any custom's taxes nor fees. Sweet! Need to give him the proper sun glasses tho.

Cool...except his sunglasses were broken by that point so it doesn’t make sense to have sunglasses while half his face was blown off! Lol
