The one in the pic is 1/6, but Tweeterhead has been offering a lot of their new pieces in both 1/6 and 1/4, so never know.

I was kinda hoping Tweeterhead would have a Two-Face in 1/4 scale, since I have no faith Sideshow will ever produce one.

Sideshow needs to give their ok right? At this point it really is up to Tweeterhead to give us more 1/4 Bat rogues.....

Yeah, because the 1/4 license is Sideshow's, so I believe they have final say on what pieces get the 1/4 treatment.

They may do one. They have done Ivy, Joker, and Harley. Batman rogues are money makers so I would expect him to be done. He, Bane, and Freeze I could see getting some TH love. Especially because Igo loves and does a great job sculpting a more ghoulishlook (examples being in the MOTU line).
