Wow, I forgot all about this thread.2 years and a lot has happened. The ex-wife married the guy she was cheating with and now (2 years later), he's divorcing her. So now she is living with her parents. There's a lot more that would take posts upon posts to bring up to date. Persia's now 4 and such a great kid and the son and new partner are living with us and we get Persia 3 or 4 days/week. We are going to court to amend the custody arrangement as when the ex gets Persia, she won't take her to pre-school (she says it's too far to drive and wants her to go to a closer school). Yes the school we send her to is real close to our house but the school district is top notch and the school she goes to is in the top 5% of the state. Any schools close to the ex are failing all metrics of good schools and that's where the ex wants her to go as it's closer to her. So much for "looking out for Persia's best interests" as stated in the separation agreement. We take Persia to swimming and gymnastics and she has friends/playmates with us but at the ex's house she just plays by herself and the ex takes her nowhere. It's so sad.

Wow, that is horrible, I'd kinda hoped she'd maybe smartened up a little Hopefully you guys can get a better custody arrangement for sure!
