help uploading images

hi im trying to upload some updated pics of my collection but when i try to load img url from photobucket it just says invalid file i took thses pics on my sony a200 at 10mp then resized them to 1600 x 1600 they seem ok to upload direct from pc but not from photobucket

try uploading any pic,clear your cache and cookies in your browser.

where exactly are you trying to do this btw ?and for what?if your trying to do it in the gallery i believe you can do it only from your computer.however there is a retrieve images from url section at the bottom that you might wanna try.

i was trying to upload to my old thread on ere save making a new one

so the pics just show directly on the page in big size rather than having to click them to make them bigger

Wait. Are you trying to upload pics as attachments to your post or embedded like the pic below?

manage attatchments then i click upload from url

If you're trying to upload pics to your post just hit reply or edit then hit the button circled in red below then paste you url. Then hit ok.



If you're managing attachments, I think there's a size restriction for the images.
