I'm looking for someone who does chrom painting

What I would like to do is take my ugly blue Quicksilver statue and have it custom chrome painted. I want to have the gloves and boots and the lightning bolt belt and shoulder strap done in chrome silver and the rest of the costume in chrome blue or chrome green. I contacted one painter and they turned me down. Any one have any ideas. Please IM me

Aren't they a chrome-all-or-nothing type company?

P.S. Why chrome this piece at all? Is he supposed to be chromed?
This might the first time I've heard someone request this for their QS.

I have chrome painted alot in the past but for the amount of work involved and as cheaply as they spray the stuff on its the way to go. They also candy coat too. I am sure I saw a nova they did and others too.
