I have the first game on the 360 and enjoyed it. When I learned the sequel would be a WiiU exclusive, I just couldn't justify buying that console to play it.

I already dread the long line on launch day to get this. The amiibo release day lines at Nintendo store in NY are crazy.

Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

I'm a big gamer and only collect video game related statues. I also don't have a preference to one video game company over the other but Nintendo has let me down with their last two consoles. In the picture below you can see my Nintendo section of my games. Absent are my Wii and Wii U games because I have only six games for both systems combined and some of them are remakes of older games Regardless of the systems power or Nintendo's gimmicks unless they have a decent library the system will fail. Now don't get me wrong I don't want it to fail I will eventually pick one up mainly because of Zelda which is the main reason I own the other two systems. I just hope that they get a nice library of games and take advantage of their gimmicks unlike the Wii U for example. They could of made more use of the second screen. Batman was the only game I recall that made good use of it by allowing you to use it as a scanner for the detective mode. As for the Wii's motion controls I personally never cared for them and they made games frustrating at times. Hopefully I'll buy more than a couple of games for the switch

+1. Even if you go to a boxed store for order pick-up...who actually stands in a line anymore hoping to get one? Just ore-order when the option becomes available

Amazon pre-orders could sell out quick if you're not fast.

Still think that Nintendo should go the same way as Sega and forget about the hardware and focus on releasing games for other systems.

There are so many Nintendo games that I would have purchased if they had been available on the console that I owned at the times. Just not enough of them to make me want to fork out the added price of an extra console for.

I buy their systems just for their first party games. My Sony systems have more third party games than first party ones.

Breath of the Wild will be on WiiU and Switch. Similar to the Twilight Princess Gamecube/Wii scenario.
