I slack off for a week or 2 and all kinds of goodness gets posted. Mary Marvel (yep I said it) is a for sure preorder. I usually don't go for the repaints but the black canary looks nice so I may have to get her. I've gone from a probably no on death to a probably yes on her now with the repaint and removal of the hot piss syringe.
Hope DC continues the current trend of better QC with this line.

Yea. I think I like Black Canary better this way. And I haven’t liked the repaints.

I really love how Death looks as a Bombshell. I’m guessing that umbrella will be a separate piece and/or made of PVC to stop breakage. But the almost black and white vintage paint scheme is a great artistic choice.

Based on the way it moves through her hair I'm guessing the umbrella won't be a separate piece (unless they plan on also making the head and right arm removable). But hopefully they do something to prevent breakage. The Cover Girls Death statue had a lot of problems with the eagle piece snapping off at the legs.

It's easy, just make the umbrella canopy a removable part, not the whole umbrella.
