Ya so this is the before/ after. So the problem was something that happened in the factory production. I do t know how many were affected, but it was never meant or even sculpted the ugly way. Blizzard did fix the problem and had normal statues from then on.

For Jaina though, this is the sculpted and what the sculpter intended, even though it's ugly. I wonder if they will fix it due to feedback, I hope but wonder even if they have heard the dislike for the face. I dont know much about production of statues like this and time frame, but it seems good that we still have some time before shipping and they might still fix it? But that would mean a new head sculpt and everything, this isn't just a factory error.

Depends how many people ordered it i suppose. They know she will be a massive seller and if her sales are low along with the bad feedback they might to something about it because after all they need to sell these.
