Sideshow site down?

I finally had time to call them and of course they’re at a meeting. Called later and missed them since now customer service closes at 2pm pacific.

It is odd and unfortunate it doesnt show in orders, but there is at least a tab for waitlist items. I dont have any currently so when I click the tab it says I dont have any. Have you clicked that to see if maybe it shows more info as far as numbers or chance of conversion?

As for the site, it seems to work fine for me, but there are still clearly bugs on the mail list. When I get my flex pay emails, it tells me its coming, but says "card ending in .com with exp date of 2025." I dont have a card ending in 2025 lol. But, my last flex pay the email said the same thing and the flex pay went through fine. The whole system is wonky.

It doesn’t show numbers or chance of conversion. The waitlist looks like this...



If you click one of the items, it takes you to its product page, where the waitlist button reads “you’re on the waitlist”...

Make sure your not clicking on the wish-list. I've done it lol

12 hours after release for the deluxe. I hopped on the waitlist, but I'm not getting the regular unless the assure me that they fix the stupid mallet hold (or lack thereof).

With the amount of times you’ve brought up the mallet hold, have you made a post on their Facebook group in order to get their attention. That’s if you get enough agreement from other collectors though.

I have, and it's why I keep bringing it up. Not sure how it made it past anyone approving the sculpt to begin with. Certainly not up to usual Prime 1 prototype standards.

Another week has come and gone. Still no Password update fix?
It's been about a month since i last manged to log in.
I wonder if this will affect payment plans? ..or are they continuing as normal?
