Crap. The Office and Arrested Development are some of my faves too. I really do love TV more than movies.

I had to really think about this over the last week or so since I first saw this thread. I took into account my ability to rewatch episodes, the fact I actually watched every episode and also anything I own on DVD/Bluray.

1 - Farscape
2 - Battlestar Galactica (2004)
3 - Star trek, No particular series. They are all so intertwined and build upon one another as far as I am concerned. I enjoyed them all.
4 - Stargate, Again, No particular series. They are all intertwined much like Star trek.
5 - Warehouse 13
6 - Game of Thrones
7 - The Expanse
8 - Legion (Marvel)
9 - Killjoys
10 - Band of Brothers

Nice list, especially Stargate, Warehouse 13 and Band of Brothers which just fell short on my list.

I could think of several more I cold easily put on there but those are the ones I can watch anytime. Rome, X-Files and Deadwood almost made the list as well as several comedies.

TV Movies

Okay, this subset will probably land with a resounding thud, but I'll float this mental air biscuit anyway...
Made-for-TV movies. Before cable was all the rage the Big Three networks would put out movies for the public consumption. Most are obscure and old, but I'm a film buff, so over the years I've hunted down some of these and added them to the collection. I tried to exclude obvious TV pilots and mini-series. Some, like, "Duel" are classics by any standard. If you know of any, join in, the water is fine!

1.) Special Bulletin
2.) Birds of Prey (David Janssen vehicle)
3.) Trilogy of Terror
4.) Sole Survivor (1970 – Bill Shatner had a role in this one)
5.) Duel (Steven Spielberg made his mark)
6.) The Day After
7.) I Heard the Owl Call My Name
8.) Testament
9.) The Night Stalker * (ABC Movie of the Week, possibly intended as a pilot, but there was at least one sequel before it became a series)
10.) Kung Fu * (ABC Movie of the Week, possibly intended as a pilot)

Honorable Mention: Threads (BBC)
