I live in MD, right outside of DC and Taylor's Pork Roll is right in the bacon and sausage section. You can find it in a roll wrapped in cloth then plastic or in a box of 8 slices. It has a slightly salty, strong flavor like ham that's been curing for a long while. A few slices on a toasted english muffin with a strong coffee in the morning, you'll be set 'til lunch.
