In 3D the arms and hands are very over-sized, I don't care what anybody says. The costume is perfect though.

maybe I missed it but when did Daniel say "he was trying to create a statue with extreme perspective"?

I agree. This pose looks like a snapshot of the starting lunge into his full sprint. However, whether he is just starting to run or already running at full speed, both are conveying motion. The fact that he is just starting his run also lends itself to the fact that the sparks haven't started flying yet.

I’m not even a huge flash fan but this statue looks amazing. Leaves a lot to imagination. Whether he’s starting to run or just running so fast his limbs look to be distorted or oversized. The beauty in art. Looking forward to production pieces and reviews on here.

All these comments about the proportions are just silly, this is the best Plastic Man statue I've seen!

I'm more impressed by the P1 Flash, but I'll hold out for the SS because I want Reverse Flash to go with it.
BUT I'm so going to LMAO if SS doesn't bother to mirror the pose and just does a variant color swap. Yes, that will be such a bad decision as to be hilarious.

And limit it to 50. And only accessible to those who were sent an unsharable email link. Piss everybody off on purpose.

Bell said (in his posts) that he used standard "8 head hero proportions" so the limbs are in proportion to the body and not exaggerated. I guess it would be helpful to understand what you meant by "extreme perspective"?

I never said that he said that. I said I understand what he was going for.

Ha! Can't put it past them. The low ES on Flash makes this entirely possible.
