Been trying to look for a place or someone that could help me get this but no luck so far. I'm hoping this will be my first piece from XM, too bad I have no experience ordering anything XM related so I feel like it's going to be really hard.

Of course it all comes down to personal preference but when I think of Venom I don't picture a huge monster like others do, I picture him a bit bigger and bulkier than Spider Man but roughly the same size. That's why to me the comiquette is perfect...don't have a problem with his size at all.
Kind of like this....
All three of them are around the same size.

The thing with Venom and the Symbiote in general is it takes characteristics from each person it bonds to. With Parker it took on his basic Spider-Man form, with Eddie it kept the form and took on his envy and maliciousness.
Over time it has bonded to some incredibly sick and twisted individuals. That is why I prefer the hulking monstrosity version. It is the culmination of the characters interaction with the Marvel Universe over time.
I would like a McFarlane Venom sometime too though haha.

I really like the proportions as I've always preferred the big monstrous Venom. The portrait looks great too.
