I can't wait to see his powers explained as scientific abilities given by too much exposure to the extremis particles and not actually magic at all

i would actually like to see them take the approach that the Doctor Strange: The Sorcerer Supreme animated film took. where he learns all of that from the monk in India.

So how would they explain Zatanna or Scarlet Witch?

Scarlet Witch seems to have telekinetic powers instead of magical in Avengers 2.

well i'm holding out hope that DC will take a less moronic approach and actually just use "magic" as an explanation for it's magical characters and not have to make everything science or aliens

I don't see why they can't/wouldn't introduce magic into the films. I mean is it any more unbelievable than a guy who gets irradiated by gamma radiation and turns into a big green monster, or a guy who gets injected with a serum that let's him get frozen and revived 60 years later, or a guy that is a god of thunder and lightning, with a hammer only he can lift and can basically let him fly around?? I'd say not. I also like that they hired a horror director for this film, hopefully it will skew a bit darker and have some "scary" aspects to it.

Wouldn't be surprised if this movie eventually meets the same fate Ant Man seems to be facing.

I think the introduction of magic to the Marvel cinematic universe would be very, very cool. Another dimension of coolness.

tell that to all the folks that are still arguing that the Wonder Woman amazons had better be aliens with super advanced tech because the idea of gods would be too far fetched for audiences to buy
