They said they have more characters of the Mandalorian show coming, and also other characters from the Star Wars universe, in 1/10 and 1/4 scale. They also pretty much confirmed they will be doing Ahsoka, but they didn't say in which of the two scales.

Given she will have her own series it seems inevitable.
