does IS charge sales tax? and how much do they normally charge for shipping something like this?

IS didn’t use to charge sales tax, atleast for me anyways. I’m in NY. That was really the only reason i liked buying from them. But now i checked last night on a 1/10 statue and checkout shows tax so not sure if something changed.
And I have no clue on shipping. Depends on where you live. But probably $35-$50? I know shipping has gone up recently.

I've seen a bit on YouTube and while it looks ok, I think the new P1 Joker is much, much better. Although I'd love for P1 to make the Death of the Family head sculpt a "bonus" part.
