Im tripping that you side with Incognito. If you're a person of color, PR, Dominican, black, whatever, and youre with your boys then maybe...but a white guy saying that to ME, regardless of status will get his head broke.

There's some things, as a man of color, you just dont go for. At all. I agree with you though - this didn't JUST happen. Martin put up with this sh1t for a minute. If he was really offended, he shoulda just decked his ass. But he didn't he went crying, and quit like hook.
