Maybe the basic and simplistic costumes allow the factory to take extra pains and passes with the portraits.
Whatever it is this and Spock sure look in another league to many many other statues' portraits.

Now I'm wondering if, like us, everyone will need to use a hairdryer to get the figure properly seated onto the base.
That's three in row just on this thread that had the same difficultly. It's unfortunate that the first poster, tapped out before trying.
