XM Returns Policy

Hey gents can you help me out...I’m hearing from one XM dealer from Singapore that once a preorder is placed with XM, XM won’t give a return to a dealer that wants to cancel even if the statue didnt ship yet. Sounds off to me. Anyone know? Tks!

Given the pre-orders are made to order, it doesn't surprise me... If you cancel the store still has to pay for the statue and then they have to try to sell it to someone else.

Yes it's true. Some sellers may let you cancel for 25-50% of the statues price. I wanted to cancel one from some place and they said I would lose 50% of the full price paid.

There's an NRD always, so at minimum you stand to lose that completely.
