It seems like this was the only way they could get past new design restrictions.

I love a lot of what I see. The ladies look sexy and well sculpted, and from what I can tell, the portraits look really good. The UMK3 costumes are still some of my favorite costumes, so I love seeing them on the statues, but it's insanely lazy to give them all the exact same pose. I also think Mileena's sai are a bit too long, and each of the bases should be a little bit larger. It kind of looks like a 1/3 scale statue standing on a 1/5 scale base.
