I have the Koto, but would probably trade it for the Bowen action in a second. I have always loved that one and should have bought it a long time ago. I did get the Bowen museum and it's nice, but the unstoppable Juggernaut needs a more dynamic pose that's fitting for the character.

I think the Koto's Juggernaut is the better sculpt and looks massive. But as always the Bowen is better painted.

Had a close look at the Kotobukiya Juggernaut at my LCS.

While accurate to some of the comics, I never really understood the idea behind frown lines on the helmet. Somewhat acceptable in the comic medium, it is just plain odd on a physical statue.

I did appreciate the fact that the helmet is removable. Did not know that before.

A nice enough piece, but I slightly prefer the Bowen.

This is a tough one to call!

Koto best sculpted, with great muscle detail and mass. Bowen for better paint job.

On first look I prefer the Koto, if I think about it too long I just can't make my mind up?

I passed on the Kotobukiya piece because it doesn't bring anymore to the table than the Bowen one. The Kotos is kind of overdone in the muscle department, but yet looks simple; there's no elegence. Something is off, so I would say the Bowen is the better piece to me.

Great review jpsarri. I look forward to the Bowen juggernaut review along with the one you find just a slight a bit better.. i really believe either one you purchase is a winner.

They're done in different styles. Just like comic artists draw in different styles.

That is why they are being compared.

Here is a definition of Compare:
to examine (two or more objects, ideas, people, etc.) in order to note similarities and differences:
to compare two pieces of cloth; to compare the governments of two nations.

Or in this case; to compare two comic statues.
