She is pretty small now that you mention it. I see her body as being 1/4th, but her head is just a tad too small. If she's 5'1" ish, which would be accurate, then the body is proportionate. Idk...

I just did a rough measurement and she’s about 15” from heal to the top of her forehead(I didn’t include all that hair). At 1/4 scale that makes her 5’ tall. At 1/5 she’d be 6’3. Seems fine to me as it is.
