When you're looking head on his Torso is very big but his legs actually match his torso when you have him slanted to the side. I plan on having him face Wolverine PF at about 45 degrees.

I like the exaggerated look. But those muscles are there. You can find plenty of bodybuilder pics with them more prominent.

Correct, those are the external obliques and serratus anterior. They are prominent in body builders who are extremely lean/cut. Other studios, including XM (e.g., Colossus, Cyclops), sculpts those muscles into their design. You can have issues with how it's implemented (e.g. skin tight / body paint look), but there's nothing wrong with the anatomy.

You can say "I don't like the exaggerated/large muscles" but you can't say the anatomy is inaccurate.

Because his suit is yellow. If that weren't the case, the comparison wouldn't have been drawn. If people had yellow skin those muscles would look like bananas on them as well.
