I use the stretch/skew, I just look at the attributes first. That way I get it to the size I want.

The slideshow avatar is a gif file.
First you need to create an account at a hosting website (photobucket, imageshack, etc ...) : it's usually free. Then, you download the gif you created (or any pic you want) from your PC to your account. Then it'll show different kind of links like these :



If you want to post the pic, you copy the [IMG] link (3rd one) and paste it in your message.

can you elaborate? we want to use the slide show for our avatars. how do you get them to "slide"? i can't load more than one at a time.

And for you other guys...I use Adobe ImageReady using the Animation options. More or less you're creating frames using images (jpegs, gifs etc) & creating an animation in GIF format. You can then change the timing for each frame. I learned by using the Help Topics and just practicing a lot. I know it's not much info now...but it's a start.
