Is that really a fact? Did INART say so themselves? I am just curious.
$350 for one action figure is high enough a price to me. Hope WB will agree.

Some time ago, during a YouTube chat, the guy (i forget his name) who speaks during live chats on behalf of Queen Studios mentioned the Joker license, to obtain the license, Queen Studios/InArt were required to offer a high price tag item. Who knows how that will pan out until the figures go up for preorder. If they offer a box containing 4 outfits, 4 portraits, 1 body, many will not be happy, as swapping stuff out is a nightmare.

Yeah, that wouldn't work at all.
I suppose there is a reason for INART to add an additional figure (Arthur Fleck) to the group. There is a likely chance that there would be a 4-pack option and two 2-packs option.
That's how they make collectors buy more Joker figures than they want and spend more money than they could afford.
I already turned down the DK Joker 2-pack because I didn't want a second Joker figure. I will see about this one.
