that's a good option but when I did that I got a neutral returned to me. Better than a negative but is still burned my arse

ebay doesn't suck. Its a great idea. Its some of the people who use it that are assholes. I think he deserved the negative feedback. He certainly didn't merit positive feedback.

Follow-up by philscomix: item sold to me as new by reputable wholesaler,I can't check every sealed item!

And it was for a Punisher Full Size statue that he took pictures of... and it was missing the Sniper Rifle, But yet it was factory sealed and he had no time to check... Dumbass!

When I called BD back then they said they didnt have any "Replacement Parts" - I paid $90 for the statue and then later sold it as is with the missing riffle and got $135 for it...
