Yes indeed. That's worthy of some negative feedback, right there. You have 2 obligations: to let the seller know how crappy you thougth their service was, and to let other potential bidders know what they could be in for.

Oh Yeah the seller wrote yesterday saying that he gave me until Saturday to reverse the feedback. I was able to send tons of emails when I wanted the item he said and now that I have it I will not respond. He doubts that I'm out of town. So I replied and I told him all the reasons why I left him negative.

The dirt bag keeps writing me telling me that he has never heard of someone leaving negative feedback after they receive the item. What there going to do it before... lol... He say's if I don't correct the feedback he will be forced to leave me negative to warn people that I leave unwarranted feedback. Whatever.

I think that is one of the inherent problems with eBay. There aren't a whole lot of people who sell on eBay who see it as a traditional business model of seller and buyer and customer service. Many just are looking to turn a quick buck. They also don't feel accountable in terms of customer service because there is no direct communication.

But man, dont' call someone while lost is on! I don't even answer the phone when I'm watching lost.
